摘要
分别采用螺旋冷榨机和液压榨油机对辣椒籽进行压榨,并对所得辣椒籽油和压榨饼进行分析检测,比较不同榨油工艺效果。结果表明:采用螺旋榨油机压榨辣椒籽出油率相对较高,液压压榨辣椒籽油品质相对较好,但液压压榨在实际使用中劳动强度大,生产效率较低。综合考虑,在辣椒籽油的规模化生产中,宜采用螺旋压榨工艺。
Screw cold press and hydraulic press were used to the crushing of pepper seed, and the pepper seed oil and pressed cake were analyzed and determined so as to compare the effects of the two pressing processes. The results showed that the oil yield with screw pressing was relatively higher than that with hydraulic pressing, while the product quality with hydraulic pressing was better than that with screw press- ing. The hydraulic pressing had the disadvantages of high labor intensity and low production efficiency in actual. Therefore, the screw pressing orocess should be used in the large -scale production of pepperseed oil.
