油脂脱胶中和工艺实践

摘要 热损大豆加工的毛油,其酸值和含磷量偏高,采用现有成熟的工艺参数进行脱胶和中和,所得中和油难以满足后续工序的要求。以热损巴西大豆毛油(含磷量220~320mg/kg、酸值(KOH)1.2-4.2mg/g)的加工为例,总结出通过延长酸反应时间,合理选取加碱量和碱液浓度,以及调整离心机操作参数,获得的中和油含皂低于50mg/kg,含磷量低于9mg/kg,酸值(KOH)在0.2mg/g以内,皂脚含油在33%以下,废水含油在2000mg/kg以下。 The crude oil prepared with hot damaged If the crude oil was degummed and neutralized with soybean had high phosphorus content and acid value. the conventional mature operation parameters, the ob- tained oil could not meet the requirements of subsequent procedure. The crude hot damaged Brazil' soy- bean oil with 220 - 320 mg/kg of phosphorus content and 1.2 - 4.2 mgKOH/g of acid value was treated by delaying the acid reaction time, selecting suitable alkali dosage and concentration, adjusting the sepa- rator parameters to get the neutralized oil with the soap content below 50 mg/kg, the phosphorus content below 9 mg/kg and acid value within 0.2 mgKOH/g. The oil content in soap stock was not more than 33% and the oil content in waste water was not more than 2 000 mg/kg.
