碱蓬籽油的急性毒性、遗传毒性试验研究

Acute toxicity and genotoxicity tests of suaeda seed oil

采用小鼠急性经口毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验对碱蓬籽油进行常规安全性试验分析。急性经口毒性试验结果表明，雌雄小鼠经口最大耐受量（MTD）均为15000mg／kg，表明碱蓬籽油属无毒级。Ames试验、骨髓细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验结果均为阴性，表明碱蓬籽油未见遗传毒性作用。碱蓬籽油的成人推荐日用量为33．33mg／kg。

The edible safety of suaeda seed oil was evaluated by oral acute toxicity test, Ames test, micro- nucleus test of bone marrow cells in mice and sperm abnormality test of mice. The oral acute toxicity study revealed that the maximum tolerance dose （MTD） of suaeda seed oil was 15 000 mg/kg for both male and famale mice, which indicated that the suaeda seed oil was non - toxic. The results of Ames test, micronucleus test of bone marrow cells and sperm abnormality test were all negative, which showed that the suaeda seed oil had no genotoxic effects. Suaeda seed oil was safe at the daily recommended dose 33.33 mg/kg for adult.
