安全生产管理是针对生产过程的安全问题，运用有效的资源，实现生产过程中人与机械设备、周围环境等的和谐共处，从而达到安全生产的目标。从安全生产管理机制、人员状况、机械设备、考核奖惩制度等方面对安全生产管理现状及对策进行了详细的阐述。说明安全生产是企业自下而上的基础，必须坚持不懈地贯彻执行。

Aiming at the safety problem in the production process, safety production management uses re- sources effectively to achieve the harmonious coexistence of personnel, mechanical equipment and sur- rounding environment in the production process, so as to achieve the goal of safety production. From the aspects of safety production management mechanism, personnel status, mechanical equipment and system of rewards and punishment, the current situation and countermeasures of safety production management were elaborated. Safety production was the foundation of enterprise from bottom to top and should be car- ried out persistently.
