摘要
通过对某型地铁车辆数值仿真,计算和分析不同椭圆度轮对的动力学性能、踏面磨耗情况。仿真计算表明,椭圆轮对的竖向力增加量最大。当地铁车辆在直线和曲线上运行时,橢圆轮对与标准轮对相比,其磨耗范围和磨耗量的变化趋势不同,椭圆度越大,踏面磨耗范围和损耗速度越大。
Through numerical simulation on a metro vehicle module, the dynamics performance and wheel wear of met- ro vehicle in different ovality conditions are calculated and analyzed. The result shows that the biggest force increase happens in the vertical force of the oval wheel. While run- ning on straight track and curved track,the wear scope and abrasion loss trends of the oval wheel are different com- pared to the standard wheel. The bigger ovality, the greater wear range and the faster wear loss.
