摘要
以天津津滨轻轨中山门西段供电系统工程为背景,通过项目管理中对成本、进度等多重控制目标的集成控制,实现项目整体目标的最优化,找到降低管理费用、减少投资浪费的有效方法。考虑工程实际施工过程中将出现与施工计划不完全一致的偏差,编制了施工动态管理软件。通过软件,可以快速准确地找出出现成本、进度偏差的关键工序,可分析引起偏差的原因并提出解决措施。软件中对工程情况的分析采用项目管理中的已获价值理论分析法,从而实现多个控制目标的集成控制。
Based on the power supply system engineering of Zhongshan West Gate Section in Tianjin subway project, through integrated control of the cost, progress and other objectives in project management, and through optimizing the overall objectives,the effective way to reducc the man- agcment fees and investment waste is discussed. Since the deviation between actual construction works and the plan is not exactly the same. a dynamic management software is developed. By using this software, the key process that would cause deviation of investment and progress could be quickly and accurately detected, onthis basis.corresponding measures could bc taken. Since this software analysis of the cngincering is based on advanced project management method obtained in practice,it could achieve the integrated control over multiple objectives.
