高浓度胶结充填系统管网参数及泵机选择

摘要 高浓度胶结充填材料具有环保、经济、安全的特点。为了设计合理的管道泵压输送系统,对汾西矿业集团新阳矿区的充填管道进行分析设计。利用新阳矿堆放的煤矸石和附近灵石县南关电厂的粉煤灰作为细骨料,42.5#普通硅酸盐水泥为胶结材料,加入外加剂、水搅拌,试验得出适合新阳矿的高浓度料浆,充填材料配比为1︰2︰5(水泥︰粉煤灰︰煤矸石)、质量分数为78%~80%、坍落度为22.5~27.8cm。通过充填管道输送参数计算,充填料浆的流速为1.8m/s,选用内径为180mm、壁厚为18mm的耐压无缝钢管。充填料浆最大水力坡度为3.35kPa/m,总输送阻力损失为10.96 MPa,选用HGBS200.14.800型充填专用工业泵能够充分满足新阳矿的充填要求,并保证充填系统的高效、稳定运行。 The high-concentrated cementing filling materials have characteristics of environmental, economical and safe. To design a reasonable pipe pumping transportation system, the pipe system of Xinyang Mine is analyzed and designed. By using the fly ash and gangue as fine aggregate, 42.5^# portland cement as cementing material and mixing them with admixture and water, the suitable filling material ratio is obtained. The ratio is 1 : 2 : 5(cement : fly ash : gangue). The filling material concentration is 78% -80%, and collapsed slump is 22.5-27.8 cm. According to the calculation of the pipe parameters, the appropriate velocity of the filling materials is 1.8 m/s. A withstand seamless steel tube with 180 mm inside diameter and 18 mm wall thickness is selected. The maximum hydraulic gradient is 3.35 kPa/m, and total resistance loss reaches 10.96 MPa. The HGBS200.14. 800 filling pump can satisfy the filling request, and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the filling system.
