摘要
以云南磷化集团有限公司露天磷矿为工程背景,依据露天矿山具体的矿体赋存特征与开采技术条件,在参考国内外类似条件露天磷矿山采矿运输工艺的基础上,对其现有的采矿运输工艺进行了研究,并指出了矿山进入深部开采阶段后需要采用的新的采矿运输工艺。结果表明:1)随着油价、能耗、人工成本以及运输距离的持续增加,单一的汽车间断式运输工艺将逐步被淘汰,机械化、自动化程度更高的半连续、连续以及联合运输工艺是矿山进入深部开采阶段后必然选择的运输工艺。2)随着国家对环境保护要求的愈发严厉,电液驱动的双能源矿车与纯电动矿车是未来采矿运输设备的发展方向。3)采矿运输设备的大型化、数字化、智能化是未来的终极发展方向,也是现阶段采矿运输工艺优化的主要方向。相关结论可为国内外类似条件的露天磷矿山采矿运输工艺的选取与优化提供参考。
Taking the open-pit phosphate mine of Yunnan Phosphate Chemical Group Co., LTD (YPC) as engineering background, its mining transport process was studied on the basis of the ore body characteristics and the specific conditions of mining technology, combined the mining transport process of the domestic and similar foreign surface phosphate mines. The results show that: 1) With the continue increasing of oil prices, energy consumption, labor cost and the transportation distance, the single car intermittent transportation process will gradually he eliminated, while the continuous and semi-continuous combined transport process with higher degree of mechanization and automation will be carried out in the deep mining stage. 2) Along with the national requirements on environmental protection is increasingly severe, electric-hydraulic dual-energy tramcar and pure electric tramcar are the future development direction of mining transportation equipments. 3) Large scale, digitization and intelligence are the ultimate direction of mining transportation equipment in the future, which is also the main direction of mining transport process optimization. Related research could provide technical and theoretical guidance for the selection and optimization of process mining transportation in similar open phosphorus mines at home and abroad.
