金东铅锌矿原生电位浮选工业试验研究

摘要 为了提高金东矿业铅锌矿中铅精矿的品位与回收率,采用原生电位浮选技术,对铅回路进行了药剂制度的优化。工业试验结果表明,通过增大石灰用量,改变石灰添加地点,加入锌抑制剂与磁黄铁矿抑制剂,稳定了矿浆p H与电位,使铅精矿的品位从30.65%提高到56.46%,回收率从64.41%提高到89.52%,铅精矿中银的品位和回收率分别达到1514.2 g/t和70.13%,年增经济效益487.5万元。 In order to improve the grade and recovery of lead concentrates in lead-zinc ores of Jindong Mining, the technology of origin potential flotation was used and the medicament system in lead circuit was optimized. The results of industrial tests showed that: the slurry pH values and potential values were controlled to be stable by adding lime and inhibitors of sphalerite and pyrrhotine. The grade of lead concentrates raised from 30. 65% to 56. 46%, and the recovery from 64. 41% to 89. 52%. The silver in lead concentrates got a higher grade with 1 514. 2 g/t and recovery with 70. 13% . Comparing the industrial tests to the previous mineral process, the economic benefits may increase 4. 875 million annually.
