摘要
针对某选矿厂改造中存在的厂房空间有限、浮选机浮选时间不足的问题,展开多作业段的浮选柱适应性试验研究,以期在有限的空间条件下延长浮选时间,提升选矿效率。试验分别在中矿再磨再选、尾矿再选、三段给矿选别和精矿段四个作业段进行了试验研究。结果表明中矿再磨再选浮选柱流程可获得较高的精矿品位,但回收率较低;而浮选柱在尾矿再选试验中能够显著提升金精矿品位;给矿和精选作业段的试验中,浮选柱也能明显地提升金的回收率或是精矿品位。改造中可将浮选柱与浮选机组成"柱—机联合配置",从而提升选矿厂整体选别效率。
In this paper, a been carried out to improve mineral study on the adaptability test of flotation column in a multi processing efficiency, due to the insufficient flotation time in operation steps has a limit space. Four tests have done in different points of processing flow, such as the regrind middling, tailing, third step process feeding , and cleaning. The results show that a high grade in concentrate can be obtained by flotation column at the point of dealing with regrind middling, as well as, a lower recovery accompanied with; there is a significantly improving effectiveness about the concentrate grade when the flotation columns were used in tailings reconcentration; other results also showed excellent effectiveness in the cleaning works used flotation columns. It' s also considered that combined configuration with both of flotation machine and flotation column could improve the overall efficiency of dressing plant.
