摘要
通过小型试验合成得到新型有机抑制剂FY02。合成FY02的最佳反应条件为RG1和RG2与RL的摩尔比为1.0∶1.0∶1.0、催化剂用量为总配料量的1%、水用量为配料量的70%、反应温度85-90℃、反应时间5.5~6 h。FY02为淡黄色至黄色溶液、无毒,在多金属硫化矿浮选中,取代剧毒的氰化钠抑制黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿、毒砂等矿物,试验指标优于氰化钠。
New type non-toxic depressant FY02 can be synthesized by small-scale test on the reaction conditions of the mol ration of RG1, RG2 and RL was 1.0: 1. 0: 1. 0, catalyst and water dosage optimum were 1% and 70% of total ingredient respectively, reaction temperature was 85 - 90℃, reaction time was 5.5 - 6 h. FY02 is non-toxic and the colour is faint yellow to yellow, in the flotation of multi-metal sulfide ore, FY02 replaced poisonous sodium cyanide to depress pyrite, pyrrhotite, arsenopyrite and other mineral, experimental indexes was superior to sodium cyanide.
