摘要
石蜡作为甲醇合成反应的副产物严重影响了甲醇的产量以及生产装置的运行,究其成因是相当复杂的,那么如何彻底的去除石蜡成为当前化工生产领域研究的首要问题。以天然气为原料制甲醇在生产过程中产生石蜡混合物的原因以及合成系统结蜡后对装置造成的危害为基础,以石蜡混合物的特性尤其是熔点特性为依据探讨甲醇生产装置合成系统进行在线除蜡的方法和步骤,着重分析清蜡温度及温度的维持时间对于清蜡效果所产生的不同影响。
Paraffin wax as a byproduct of the methanol synthesis reaction has seriously affected the production and operation of methanol production plant, study its causes are complex, then how to completely remove become the most important issue in the field of chemical production and research , Based on the reason of producing paraffin mixture in the process of natural gas as raw material to produce methanol and the harm caused by the system after the wax, with the characteristics of paraffin wax especially melting characteristic as the basis to explore the methods and steps of how methanol synthesis system do running paraffin wax removal, emphatically analyzes the paraffin wax cleaning effect produced by different paraffin temperature and its duration.
