The article introduces some problems which encountered in the design of tank in the project, which 75 kt/a titanium dioxide production by sulfuric acid process and transformation upgrade relocation, and summarizes the common problems in the arrangement of sulfuric acid tank, and put forward some of security measures in design and operation.
