摘要
改革开放以来,我国东部沿海地区在"海岸经济"效应影响下取得了飞速发展和良好效益,而内陆地区外向型经济发展则相对缓慢。国际陆港的出现解决了内陆地区发展外向型经济的瓶颈问题,它使内陆地区与国际接轨,带动了内陆地区经济的发展。国际陆港的建设发展最终应形成与海港相互辐射的网络,内陆城市与海港间的外贸物流引力是建立该网络的重要依据。国际陆港区内业务联动,构建信息平台及大力发展物流业与制造业联动是建立该网络的重要途径。
Since the reform and opening up, the eastern coastal areas of China have achieved rapid development and good earnings with the "coast economy" effect. Compared with the coastal areas, export-oriented economy of the inland areas developed slowly. The emergence of international inland ports solved the bottleneck problem of inland areas to develop exportoriented economy, making inland areas gear to international standards and driving the economic development of inland areas. The development of international inland ports should eventually form a network of mutual radiation with harbors. Gravity between inland city and the harbor is the important basis of establishing the network. The business linkage of an international inland port, the building of information platform and the vigorous development of linkage between logistics industry and manufacturing industry is an important approach to build the network.
