摘要 铁路功率调节器(RPC)可综合解决电气化铁路负序、无功、谐波等电能质量问题,为了提高RPC的控制性能和效果,提出一种复合控制策略。针对直流侧电压过渡阶段超调大、响应速度慢的问题,采用复合比例积分(PI)控制进行调节;针对交流侧补偿电流稳态跟踪误差大的问题,采用复合控制进行调节。仿真和实验结果表明,提出的控制策略可明显改善RPC性能,具有较好的推广和应用前景。 Railway static power conditioner(RPC ) can comprehensively solve such electric power quality problems as negative sequence, reactive power and harmonics in the electrified railway.A new control strategy is proposed in order to improve the control performance and effect of RPC.Considering large overshoot and slow response in the transition- al period of direct current-side voltage,composite proportional integral(PI) control is adopted for adjustment.Consider- ing the big steady-state tracking error of alternating current-side current, composite control is introduced for regula- tion.Simulation and experiments show that the control strategy put forward can remarkably improve the RPC perfor- mance and has a good prospect of promotion and application.
