摘要
文章通过对西安市37所幼儿园财务管理状况的问卷调查,对当前幼儿园财务管理工作中的困境和对财务人员需求进行了深入分析,提出学前师范类院校会计专业人才的培养策略。
Through a questionnaire of the financial management situation of 37 kindergartens in Xi＇ an, the paper deeply analyses on the difficulties of current kindergarten financial management and the social de- mand for financial officers, and put forward the strategies of the professional accountant training in pre- school normal colleges.
