摘要
培养幼儿的合作能力对于幼儿的未来发展具有十分重要的意义。本研究采用社会网络分析方法对雅安市天全县某幼儿园一大班幼儿的同伴交往合作网络进行研究,结果表明:(1)幼儿关系网络中心度的三个指标(点度中心度、中介中心度和接近中心度)可以从不同方面反映出幼儿的合作交往能力差异,每一个指标都从各自的侧重点表明一些幼儿在班级中处于核心地位,而另一些幼儿处于边缘位置,可以利用三个指标的不完全一致性对幼儿的合作交往能力作深入了解及采取相应的培养策略;(2)从整个网络图看来,表现出了小团体特征。在实际的教育工作中,教育工作者可以根据每个班级中幼儿交往的实际情况,利用量化的网络分析指标所反映的幼儿合作交往能力的不同特征,有针对性的培养幼儿的合作能力。
It is of great significance to cultivate children's cooperative ability for their future develop- ment. This study adopted the social network analysis method to investigate the friendship network in a top class of a kindergarten in Tianquan county of Ya'an city. The results showed that: (1) the three indicators of centrality (indegree, betweenness centrality and closeness centrality) could reflect the children's coop- eration ability from different aspects, every index indicated that some children in the class are in a core po- sition, and some children in a marginal position from their respective emphasis; (2) the friendship network in the whole class showed a small group feature. In actual education work, we can use the quantitative a- nalysis of the friendship network, which reflects the different characteristics of children's cooperative skills, to cultivate children's cooperation ability according to the actual conditions of children.
