福建省学前教师教育可持续发展的问题、建议与实施构想 被引量:1

摘要 当前,福建省学前教育事业取得飞跃发展,但高层次师资不足、不同院校培养的教师素质良莠不齐、教师主观幸福感偏低等问题影响着学前教育事业的发展。政府应科学决策、提早布局,拟定学前师资培养本科化发展战略,制定可持续发展的师资培养规划,着力改善幼儿教师的社会待遇,大力实施学前教育师资培育"质量保障"工程与在职教师"卓越师资"培养工程,保障和促进学前教育事业更加科学、健康与可持续发展。 Preschool education in Fujian province has gained vigorous development, but the following issues affect it: there are no enough high level teachers; teachers trained by different colleges and universi- ties are of varying quality; teachers are not happy enough. The government should make early and scientif- ic plans, strategies on cultivating preschool teachers with bachelor degree, projects of training sustainable teachers, and efforts to improve preschool teachers' incomes. The government also should make great ef- forts to implement these two projects: "Preschool Teacher Education Quality Ensuring Project" and "Out- standing In--service Teachers Training Proiect", so as to guarantee and advance the scientific, sound and sustainable development of preschool education career.
