摘要
生成性主题活动是以人为本教育思想的体现,幼儿园生成性主题活动就是要充分体现对幼儿权利的尊重,对幼儿身心发展规律的尊重,对幼儿个性、能力、学习特点的尊重。生成性主题活动,在充分发挥儿童主动性、满足儿童内在兴趣、需求的基础上,让儿童自主探索、自我建构、自我完善。教师是生成性主题活动的环境创设者、物质提供者,是生成性主题活动过程的观察者、记录者和引导者,是生成性主题活动进程的支持者,需要教师用心去欣赏、支持、关注每一个孩子,促使每个孩子有创造性的、富有个性地发展。
The generative theme activity is the embodiment of the people- oriented educational thought. The generative theme activity of a kindergarten should sufficiently shows respects to the rights of children, the law of their physical and psychological development and the personality, ability and learning characteristics of them. The generative theme activity, which is based on developing children's initiative adequately and meeting their internal interests and needs, enables children to fulfill self--exploration, self --construction and self--improvement. A teacher is an environment creator and a substance provider in a generative theme activity, as well as an observer, a recorder, a guider and a supporter in the process of a generative theme activity. Teachers need to appreciate, support and pay attention to every child and return the initiative of life development back to themselves. Teachers are demand to find valuable generative ac- tivities throughout careful observation, and then lead children to take part in activities in order to promote them to improve themselves creatively and uniquely.
