摘要 农村学前教育是农村基础教育的基石,农村幼儿教师是影响农村学前教育发展的关键因素,因而农村幼儿教师的专业素养和专业发展是当今农村基础教育研究的重点课题。但我国农村学前教育的现状不容乐观,幼儿教师的专业成长道路也较为坎坷。从农村幼儿教师专业发展的障碍、成因及对策角度探讨农村幼儿教师专业发展问题,可以较深入地剖析农村幼儿教师专业发展道路上的症结,为农村幼儿教师专业成长提供一些借鉴。 Rural pre--school education is the foundation of rural basic education, and rural preschool teachers constitute the key factor affecting the development of rural preschool education, so the rural pre- school teachers' professional accomplishment and professional development should be an important re- search subject about the current rural basic education. But the current situation of rural preschool educa- tion in China is not optimistic, and the way for the preschool teachers' professional development is not smooth. To probe into the professional development of the rural re--school teachers from its obstacles, causes and countermeasures can more deeply analyze the crux of the rural preschool teachers' professional development, and provide some reference for the professional development of the rural preschool teachers.
