四川省雷电防护标准体系构建研究

Study on the Construction of Lightning Protection Standard System in Sichuan Province

为提升四川省防雷事业发展,进一步加强四川省防雷服务规范化建设,本文通过对如何构建四川省雷电防护标准体系的进行分析,指出了构建四川省雷电防护标准体系的作用、价值和主要内容,以此为契机来提高四川省雷电防护技术标准水平和质量,以求能尽快适应日益激烈的市场化竞争和应对事业单位改革。并为提升四川省防雷技术服务水平,为社会主义现代化建设做出应有的贡献。

To enhance the development of lightning protection and to further enhance the standardized construction of lightning protection services in Sichuan province,this paper pointed out the effect,values and main contents of building a standard lightning protection system,via the analysis of how to build a standard lightning protection system,as an opportunity to improve the technical standards of lightning protection levels and quality in Sichuan Province,to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition and respond to the reform of institutions. To promote the province of Sichuan lightning protection technology service level,and make due contributions to the construction of socialist modernization.
