摘要
该文建立了多种梯度相结合同时分离检测粮油作物中三唑类杀菌剂(三唑酮,联苯三唑醇,烯唑醇)和菊酯类杀虫剂(氰戊菊酯)的高效液相色谱(HPLC)―二极管阵列检测器(DAD)法。结果表明,4种农药在11.5 min 内实现了基线分离,线性相关系数在0.9992至1.0000之间,检出限在0.01~0.05μg/mL 之间。该方法是高效、灵敏、快速检测粮谷及其它样品中农药残留的有效方法。
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)–diode array detector(DVD) method with multi–gradients was developed for the determination of four pesticides including triazole fungicides(triadimefon,bitertanol and diniconazole)and pyrethroid insecticide(fenvalerate)in grain and oil crop samples. The results showed that baseline separation of the four pesticides was achieved within 11.5 min,the linear correlation coefficients were between 0.999 2 and 1.000 0,the detection limits were 0.01~0.05 μg/mL. The method was efficient and sensitive,and it could rapidly determine the pesticide residues in grains or other samples.
