摘要
以我公司生产的12V280ZJ型机车用柴油机在机车进行出厂试验时发生碾瓦事故为例,从机车柴油机安装、轴系对中、相关管道设备清洁度等方面分析造成机车在试验时柴油机发生碾瓦事故的原因,并提出相应的预防措施。
The 12V280ZJ locomotive diesel engine had bearing shell ground accident in a test. The analysis of the accident cause was made from these factors of engine installation, shaft centering and pipeline cleanliness. The corresponding precautions was put forward afterwards.
