生物指数法综合评价城市湿地水质状况

摘要 以兰州市银滩湿地公园表层沉积物作为样本,进行了硅藻种群鉴定。分别利用硅藻种群特征及统计结果对湿地公园水质状况进行了分析。结果表明,两种分析方法有较好的对应关系。且湿地内部分水域水体有机质含量较高,富营养化现象明显。同时,水体中少量的油脂、酚类污染物的存在,指示了工矿企业、生活等对黄河有较明显的污染。 Taken surficial sediments in Lanzhou Yintan Wetland Park as sample, this paper made population identification of diatom and analyzed water quality of Wetland Park by using the diatom population characteristics and statistical result. The results show that the methods of analysis have good corresponding relation. Organic matter content of Part waters area in wetland is high, eutrophication phenomenon is obvious. At the same time, there are a small amount of oil and phenol pollutants in water. It found that industrial and mining enterprises has the obvious pollution in Huanghe.
