摘要
人体正常活动离不开各种蛋白质与酶。据相关研究发现,人体内有数十种蛋白质与酶含有Cu元素,Cu在蛋白质与酶中起到活化与催化作用,无论是造血还是细胞繁殖,甚至是酶的活化与内分泌均离不开Cu元素。然而,工业废水排放导致大量Cu元素积聚于水环境中,使水生生物体内大量积累重金属,人们食用水生生物后重金属沉淀于人体中无法排出,最终导致机体中毒。针对水中Cu过量造成的环境污染与人体中毒,以检测并净化水环境中Cu2+为目的进行科研活动。
Normal human body activities depend on a variety of proteins and enzymes. According to the related research findings, dozens of proteins and enzymes in human body contain Cu element, Cu has the effect of activation and catalytic in protein and enzyme, both hematopoietic and cell reproduction, even the enzyme activation and endocrine are inseparable from the Cu element. A large number of Cu elements were accumulated in water environment due to industrial waste water discharge, which made a substantial accumulation of heavy metals in aquatic organisms. Heavy metals were precipitated in the human body after people eating aquatic organisms and can't be discharged and eventually lead to the body poisoning. According to environmental pollution and the human body poisoning caused by Cu excess, this paper made scientific research to detect and purify Cu2+ in water environmenL
