摘要
通过钢的化学成分设计、加热、轧制、冷却及热处理工艺的优化,在整个研制过程中进行精细化控制,成功开发出60mm厚锅炉及压力容器用13MnNiMoR钢板。实物具有良好的常温和高温力学性能,沿钢板厚度方向性能均匀,分析显示金相组织为均匀铁素体+珠光体和少量贝氏体。
By means of chemical composition design,reheating,rolling,cooling,heat treatment process optimiza-tion and fine control in the entire course of development,60 mm thickness 13MnNiMoR steel plate for boiler and pres-sure vessel has been successfully developed. The finish product possesses good ambient and elevated temperature me-chanical properties and uniform through thickness properties. The metallurgical analysis results show that the micro-structure is consisted of homogeneous ferrite + pearlite and less bainite.
