脉内联络巷在盘区式采场回采中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 三山岛金矿较大矿体主要用房柱交替式盘区上向分层充填采矿法回采,每个采场布置一条采场联络道,增加了采矿成本。为减少采场联络道的掘进和压顶工程量,采用在采场下盘布置一条沿矿体走向的脉内联络巷的方式回采,可以减少采场联络道数量,缩短采准工程的施工时间。通过对同一矿块应用2种采准方式对比,优化后的采场联络道的掘进量和压顶量分别减少15 509.52 m3和16 682.42 m3,分段巷、分段联络巷和泄水井的工程量共减少2 966.82 m3,由于矿体分布不规则,下盘脉内巷道增加废石掘进量8 925.72 m3。整个采场的采准工程量可节约26 233.04 m3,节省了大量掘进成本,经济效益和社会效益显著。 The large orebodies in Sanshandao gold mine are mined mainly by the method of room and pillar alternating upper layer filling on the panel,each stope is arranged a connection roadway,so, the mining cost is increased.In order to reduce the tunneling and coping quantities of stope connection roadway,arrange a connection roadway within mineral vein along with the direction of orebody tend so as to reduce the amount of stope connection roadways and shorten the mining engineering construction time. The applications results of the two mining methods of the same ore block are analyzed,the analysis results show that the tunneling and coping quantities are reduced 15 509.52 m^3 ,16 682.42 m^3 respectively and the engineering quantities of the segmented lane,piecewise connection roadway and drainage well are re-duced 2 966.82 m^3 by adopting the improved mining method.Due to the irregular distributed orebodies, the amount of waste rocks tunneling of the footwall roadway within mineral vein is increased 8 925.72 m^3 .The whole stope mining quantities can be reduced 26 233.04 m^3 ,therefore,the tunneling cost can be saved,the economic and social benefits are significant.
