摘要
和睦山破碎系统通过增设高压辊磨工艺进行扩能改造,通过工业试验确定了高压辊磨机压力、转速等工艺参数,在最佳工艺参数下的流程考查表明,破碎系统生产能力大幅提高,达到扩能要求,并且综合生产成本明显降低,经济效益显著。
Hemushan mill plant conduct expansion transformation by adding high pressure roller mill technology,technological parameters including high pressure roller mill presser,rotating speed etc. was determined by the industrial tests.Process investigation results under the optimum technological pa-rameters indicated that,crushing system production capacity greatly increased,meet the capacity expan-sion requirements,and comprehensive production costs significantly decreased,economic benefits re-markably increased.
