含水率对库存干尾砂流动性影响的试验

摘要 库存干尾砂作为充填料回填时,经常在料仓中堵塞、结拱。由于干尾砂细粒级含量高,属于超细粉状物料,含水率是影响其流动性的一个重要因素。运用散体动力学的理论知识,以抗剪强度为判断依据,通过试验探索库存干尾砂力学性质与含水率之间的关系,进而确定其在不同含水率情况下的流动性,找出保证库存干尾砂流动性能最佳的含水率。试验结果表明:当垂直载荷为100 k,200 k,300 k,400 k Pa时,对应的最佳含水率分别为11%,7%,7%,12%,此时库存干尾砂的流动性最好,为干尾砂充填配比提供了参考。 When the inventory dry backfilling is regarded as the backfilling materials to conduct fill-ing,the jams and arch in the bins often occur.Due to the high contents of fine grained backfilling,so, it belongs to the ultrafine power materials,the moisture content is the important factor affecting the liquid-ity of inventory dry backfilling.The shear strength is taken as judgment criterion,based on the theory of mechanics of granular media,the relationship between mechanical properties and moisture content is analyzed by experiments to discuss the liquidity of the inventory dry backfilling with different moisture con-tents so as to determine the moisture content that keep the performance of the liquidity of inventory dry backfilling in the best state.The experimental results show that when the vertical load is 100k,200k, 300k,400kPa,corresponding optimum moisture contents are 11%,7%,7%,12% respectively ,and the liquidity of inventory dry backfilling is the best,it can provide some references for determining the ra-tio of backfilling materials filling.
