摘要
剩余电流保护器在国内外电气设备中应用广泛,其对漏电电流高灵敏度的特性对于预防触电事故有着明显的效果。金属矿山井下配电系统属于IT系统,即中性点不接地系统,且不引出零线,对于这样的系统环境,要求井下电气设备的绝缘等级比其他系统更加严格。而地下金属矿山环境多潮湿,配电系统绝缘耐久性比较差,会大大增加触电事故发生的可能性。将剩余电流保护器应用于金属矿山井下配电系统,作为绝缘下降后的防触电的有效保护,分析了剩余电流保护器的工作原理及适用性,从而给出绝缘监测器安装在采区变进线柜、剩余电流保护器安装现场动力柜内配置的合理化方案,有力保证了井下电气系统的安全稳定运行。
The residual current operated protective device(RCD)is widely used in the electric e-quipments in domestic and overseas,it can effectively prevent the electric shock accidents with high sen-sitivity of the leakage current.The underground power distribution system belongs to the IT system,that is to say,it is the isolated neutral system and does not has null line.Under the system condition,the in-sulation grade of underground electrical equipment is higher than other systems.The environment of un-derground metal mine is wet,the durability of insulation of power distribution system is poor,so,it can increase the possibility of electric shock accidents.RCD is applied in the power distribution system in un-derground metal mine so as to prevent electric shock accidents with the insulation falling.The working principle and applicability of RCD are introduced,the reasonable schemes of installing the insulation mo-nitor at the line cabinet in mining area and the configuration of stalling site power cabinet are proposed, therefore,the safe and stable operation of the underground electric system is ensured.
