何日章与民国时期西北图书馆事业

He Rizhang and the Library Cause in the Northwest of China during the Period of the Republic of China

1937年抗日战争爆发,时任国立北平师范大学图书课课长的何日章先生随学校西迁至西安。在战时和战后初期极其困难的11年里,何日章先后创设了西北联合大学图书馆、国立西北师范学院图书馆,协助刘国钧先生创办了国立西北图书馆,奠定了国立兰州大学图书馆的业务基础和发展方向,为促进民国时期西北地区图书馆事业的建设与发展做出了历史性贡献。
