高技能人才紧缺与高等职业教育模式问题研究

Research on High-tech Talent Shortage and Problems in Advanced Professional Education Mode

本论文分析了湖北省高技能人才紧缺的情况,从湖北省的实际出发,提出高等职业教育模式存在的问题:观念陈旧、高等职业教育与市场脱节、理论教学与实践实训教学失衡、忽视人文教育、"工学结合、工学交替"培养模式存在着诸多问题和"校企合作"模式缺乏完善的政策保障等。在此基础上针对存在的问题从政府、学校、行业企业三个层面提出相应的对策,并提出湖北省高等职业教育模式发展的建议:集团化、现代学徒制、终身教育。

This paper analyzed shortage of high skill talents in Hubei Province, put forward problems of higher vocational education mode according to the current situation of Hubei Province： outdated concepts, dislocation of higher vocational education and the market, imbalance between theory teaching and practice teaching, ignorance of humanistic education, problems in training mode of ＂combination of working and Learning, or alternation of working and Learning＂ and lack of policy support in the mode of ＂school- enterprise cooperation＂. Thus, this paper put forward corresponding countermeasures from three aspects of the government, schools, industries and enterprises in view of the existing problems, and proposed development mode of higher vocational education in Hubei Province, i.e. , group, modern apprenticeship, the lifelong education.
