板梁类零件钻孔工装设计制作

摘要 传统板梁钻孔工装需要人工装夹、翻转,存在二次装夹定位误差;工装更换和零件装夹反复操作,工作效率低下。针对此种情况,设计一种针对板梁类零件的钻孔工装,实现零件一次装夹定位,自动翻转,极大提高了钻孔效率和精度。本工装采用组合方式,适应零件广泛,只要更换钻孔模板,便可满足不同板梁零件的钻孔要求。 Traditional plate girder drilling tooling requires manual clamping and flipping which may lead to a second clamping posi- tion error; and repeated handling of tooling and parts replacement fixture is of low working efficiency. In such cases, the design of a tooling plate girder type for drilling of parts to achieve fixture positioning parts in one time and auto flipping can greatly improve drilling efficiency and accuracy. This tooling uses combinations to adapt to a wide range of parts. The drilling requirements of different parts of plate girder can be met only when the drilling template is needed to be replaced.
