摘要
服务学习是上世纪60年代在美国高校兴起并受到重视,被验证为一种有效改善教育教学效果的策略。我国高职院校采用产学研相结合的人才培养模式,将服务学习的理论运用于高职教育,由专业教师带领的跨专业学生团队,通过教师引导学生运用所学的知识,在满足来自不同方面的实际需求的过程中,能够提升实际动手能力和专业知识的运用能力,并同时强化学生职业道德与综合素养的实践。
Service learning is developed and valued in American colleges and universities in the 1960s, and is verified as an effective strategy to improve education teaching effect. Higher vocational colleges in our country adopt the talent training mode combining production, study and research; apply the theory of service learning to higher vocational education. Led by professional teachers, applying the learned knowledge, the interdisciplinary student team can improve practical operation ability and application ability of professional knowledge in the process of meeting practical needs from various aspects and strengthen the practice of student vocational morality and comprehensive qualities,
