构建以学生发展为中心的高等职业教育学生观

On Building the Higher Vocational Education Student Outlook with the Center of Student Development

高等职业教育应构建区别于高等本科教育、符合高等职业教育特点及发展要求的以学生发展为中心的学生观,它至少应该包括以学生发展为中心的发展观、差异观和多面观三个方面。在日常教学管理中应自觉贯穿落实以学生发展为中心的学生观,培养理论知识扎实、职业技能突出、具有自我可持续提升的技术技能型人才,更好地服务于地方经济发展提质增效升级的产业需求和社会的和谐发展。

Higher vocational education should construct the student-centered outlook different from undergraduate education of higher learning, to meet the characteristics and development requirements of higher vocational education; it should at least include the development outlook, difference outlook and multifaceted outlook with the center of students＇ development. In daily teaching management it should carry out the student outlook centered on student development, train the technology skilled talents with sound theoretical knowledge, outstanding professional skills, and sustainable ascension, to better serve the local economic development, upgrading industry requirements and the harmonious development of the society.
