摘要
中国的教育评价权一直以来都掌握在教育管理部门手中,这种模式存在着很大的弊端。在政府推行简政放权的大背景下,社会组织参与教育第三方评价是一个主要趋势,而且是必然的趋势。但是,中国在这方面的发展还处于一个滞后的状态,如何根据中国教育现状来完善推行这种评价模式,是目前教育评价所面临的重要问题。通过分析我国国情及国外教育评价模式,来探索出一条适合中国的教育评价路径,是我们现在要解决的问题。
The right to education evaluation in China has always been in the education administrative department. There are a lot of disadvantages in this mode. Under the background of decentralization, it is a main and inevitable trend that social organizations participate in the third porty evaluation of education. However, the development in this regard is still in the state of lagging behind, how to improve and promote the evaluation mode according to the current situation of education is an important problem faced by education evaluation. By analyzing the situation of our country and foreign education evaluation mode, it is urgent to explore a path suitable for Chinese education evaluation.
