满堂扣件式钢管脚手架不同步距承载力影响分析 被引量:7

摘要 目前满堂扣件式钢管脚手架安全计算扣件节点普遍按刚性考虑,实际施工主要凭经验搭设,时常会发生脚手架坍塌等安全事故,结合某工程架体搭设高度9.2m,论文考虑扣件节点半刚性,通过室内试验得到在不同拧紧扭力矩值下的直角扣件转角刚度,建立该工程满堂扣件式钢管脚手架模型,运用SAP2000有限元软件分析不同步距下对架体承载力的影响,得到该工程步距1.285m最为合理。其研究方法和结论可为工程借鉴。 At present, the safety of steel tubular scaffold fastener generally considered as rigid calculation, Actual construction is mainly made up of experience,, and the safety accidents often occured, such as the collapse of scaffolding, and so on,. In the paper, we consider fastener of semi- rigid nodes, through indoor experiment test under different tighten torque value of right-angle fastener angle stiffness, and combined with a certain engineering frame building height 9.2m to set up the project of model, bearing capacity influence analysis of different lift height of fastener steel tube full hall scaffold by using SAP2000 finite element software, get the project the most reasonable lift height is equal to 1. 285 meters. The research methods and conclusions can be used in similar engineering.
