摘要
本文采用聚乙二醇作为活性剂,通过水热反应法制备了米粒状α-Fe2O3,并运用XRD、扫描电镜和充放电对其结构和电化学性能进行了表征。测试结果表明:当聚乙二醇用量为6.75g时,合成的米粒状α-Fe2O3结晶度较高,尺寸较均匀及分散性良好;用作锂电池负极时,循环50周后,其充电容量为806mAh·g-1,容量保持率在71%。
In this paper, rice-like a-Fe2 O3 was prepared by a simple hydrothermal method usingpolyethylene glycol (PEG) as surfactant, and its structure, electrochemical performance of a-Fe203 were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and charge/ discharge test. The results showed that as the amount of PEG was 6. 75 g, the rice-like a-Fe2 O3 exhibited a charge capacity of 806 mAh g-1 after 50 cycles, corresponding to about 71% of the second capacity, due to its higher crystallinity, uniform and good dispersion, promising as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries.
