山东省“3+2”本科贯通培养有效衔接实证研究

On “3 + 2 Years Consistent Training System”between Higher Vocational College and University in Shandong Province

高职与本科贯通培养是现代职业教育体系的实现途径之一,对于增强职业教育的吸引力,拓展高职教育就业面等具有实践意义。实现高职与本科贯通培养关键是实现高职与本科院校有效衔接,共同培养高端技能人才。本文通过对山东省实行"3+2"本科贯通培养的院校进行调研,总结试点学校在衔接过程中的经验及不足,以望能对"3+2"高职与本科分段培养提供理论依据和实践指导。

＂3 ＋ 2 Years Consistent Training System＂ between higher vocational college and university is one of the ways to realize the modern vocational education system, and it is of great practical significance for enhancing the attraction of vocational education and expanding the employment range. The key to accomplish this system lle in the cooperation to train high quality skilled talents with an effective connection between higher vocational colleges and u- niversities. By investigating certain colleges and universities implementing this system in Shandong province, this paper draws up lessons from their experiences, hoping to provide theoretical basis and practical guide for the two- period training in hieher vocational colleges and universities.
