高职院校双主体育人模式的实践探索——以河南工业职业技术学院“海乘班”培养为例

On College- enterprise Cooperative Education Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking the“International Cruise Crew Class”in Henan Polytechnic Institute as an example

校企合作、订单式培养和双主体育人是我国高职院校在发展道路上的重要举措。河南工业职业技术学院外语系在多年的教学实践中,整合区域企业资源和外语专业的就业优势,实现办学与产业对接,"引企入校",共建教学生产基地,实现教学与实践深度融合。创办的旅游英语"海乘班"实行双主体"四融"人才培养模式,即"课程融入、管理融入、师资融入、文化融入",走出了一条具有自身特色的高职校企合作育人、共同发展的新路。

College- enterprise cooperation and customized talents training are important measures for the devel- opment of higher vocational education in our country. In many years of teaching practice, the Foreign Language De- partment of Henan Vocational and Technical College cooperates with enterprises and integrates regional enterprise resources to fulfill a schooling - industry docking and a deep integration between teaching and practice. With the teaching mode of ＂four integrations＂, which is namely curriculum integration, management integration, teaching staff integration, and culture integration, the ＂International Cruise Crew Class＂ of Tourism English major has blazed a trail with its own characteristics in colleze- enterprise cooperative education and common development.
