摘要
通过对目前有关理论的分析,按照拉卡托斯科学研究纲领方法论,在"学利人"假说基础上,提出了学习效果最大化、学得平衡、学量放大和因素互动四个基本原理,作为学习型社区建设的理论基础。并从正面启示角度,梳理了源于教育、管理和社会学的相关理论,形成学习型社区建设科学研究纲领的基本框架。
Based on the analysis of current theories, Lakatos' methodology on scientific research programs, and "egoistic learners" hypothesis, this paper considers the following four basic principles, namely, the maximization learning effect, the balance of acquirement, the amplification of learning capacity and factors interaction as the theoretical basis for the construction of learning community. And then this paper, from the positive perspective, explores some theories about education, management and sociology and forms the basic framework of scientific research programs of learning community.
