评价教师的权威应该是一所学校的同事和教师所教的学生。我心目中的名师应该是"德能正其身,才能称其职,言能明其志,笔能成其文",这正是一个有职业理想和职业道德的教师应该追求的目标。
It＇ s the teacher＇ s colleagues and students he teaches that can evaluate his authority. A famous teacher should be virtuous, talented, articulate and skilled at writing. It＇ s the goal that the teacher should have with professional ideal and professional ethics.
