大白鲨锥齿化针布的使用效果分析

探讨了大白鲨锥齿化针布的特点及使用效果问题。大白鲨针布采用高耐磨合金钢为原料,针齿表面光洁度好,针齿棱边均为小过渡圆弧,十分有利于对纤维的梳理,针布的耐磨性也好。生产使用结果表明使用该种针布生产的纱线千米细节、粗节等指标明显好于同类产品,可以显著提高成纱质量。

The features and application of White Shark tapered teeth clothing were studied. It was found that the clothing was built with wear- resisting alloy steel. With good surface smoothness and small transition circular arc in needle edge, the clothing was very favorable for carding fiber. Its abrasive resistance was also excellent. The plant use shows that the thin places and thick places per kilometer of the yarn produced with this clothing are better than those of the yarn produced with other kinds clothing.
