伺服系统在纺织机械中的应用

Application of Servo System in Textile Machinery

伺服系统具有控制精度高、运行平稳、可靠、响应快、过载能力强等特点,被广泛应用于机械运动控制领域,使机械控制技术水平有了大幅度提高。本文就伺服系统在纺纱、织造、非织造机械等方面的应用情况进行了综述,从伺服系统在纺织机械上的具体应用情况和解决的具体问题等方面阐述了其在实现纺织机械高产、高质量生产方面的贡献。

With characteristics such as high precision, stable and reliable operation, fast response and strong overload capacity, servo control system is widely used in the field of mechanical motion control. In this paper, the application of servo system in spinning, weaving, nonwoven machinery is reviewed. The contribution of servo sys- tem to improving the production and quality of textile machinery is displayed.
