摘要 水资源承载力分析是矿区总体规划环评的工作重点之一。目前开展的矿区总体规划环评水资源承载力分析中,由于矿区内部水资源不足需从区外调水时,往往忽略了外部调水工程的环境影响及需要保证的下游生态用水量。本文以新疆三塘湖矿区总体规划环评为例,介绍了在该规划环评的水资源承载力分析中,外部调水工程下游生态需水量的计算分析方法,并提出了在确保调水工程下游生态需水量的前提下,矿区实际可取用的水资源量。 Water resources carrying capacity analysis is one of the key tasks in the environmental impact assessment (EIA) of master development plans for coal mining areas. Currently, water resources carrying capacity analysis often ignores the external environmental impacts of water diversion engineering and the need of ensuring the downstream ecological water use when the internal water is insufficient and water diversion from the outside is needed. Using the case study of the EIA of Xinjiang Santanghu mining area master plan, the paper introduced downstream ecological water demand analysis method, and proposed the available water resources quantity in the mining area under the condition of ensuring downstream ecological water demand.
