摘要
目的研究急性脑梗死患者的神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100β蛋白血清含量变化与病情变化之间的关系.方法急性脑梗死患者于发病后12 h、24 h、48 h、10 d进行NSE,S100β蛋白水平测定,并与对照组40例健康人血清含量进行比较.结果脑梗死组NSE、S100β蛋白水平增高,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05).发病后48 h水平相对高值,发病初期100β蛋白水平与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论血清NSE、S100β蛋白测定可用于急性脑梗死病情监测,在临床中应予以重视.
Objective To research the changes of serum levels of neuron specific enolase (NSE) and protein S100β in the patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Method The levels of NSE and S100β at 12 h, 24 h,48 h, 10 d after the onset of cerebral infarction were detected by ELISA method, and the datum were compared with the control group. Results The serum levels of NSE and protein S100β at 48 h were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). The levels of protein S100β at 12 h showed no significant changes compared with the control group( P〉0.05 ). Conclusion The dynamic changes of NSE and S100β in patients with acute cerebral infarction can reflect the severity of brain damage, and may guide clinical medication.
