摘要 文章以硫酸钾生产工艺全流程仿真培训系统的开发为例,提供了一种仿真培训系统的构建方法与思路。重点介绍了浓密机子系统的仿真模型的开发与研究。文章中给出了系统的软件架构,系统配置,功能描述和数学建模。系统已在实际应用中得到验证。 In this paper, operator training system (OTS) of the potassium sulfate whole pro- duction process is chosen as the controlled object, which provides the construction method and thought of operator training system. The research and construction of the simulation model of the dense subsystem was mainly introduced. It was given that the software architecture, system func- tion, mathematical modeling and system configuration. The system has been verified in practical ap- plication.
