摘要
以实施卓越工程师教育培养计划为契机,以单片机开发应用能力培养为目标,探索"入门+提高+实践"进阶式培养模式,通过暑期训练开拓学生的专业知识面,激发学生创新实践热情;通过单片机技术理论与实践课程学习,夯实单片机应用基础;通过参加各类竞赛活动等,提高单片机开发应用能力;通过企业实践锻炼,使单片机工程应用能力和综合素质显著提高。实践表明,进阶式校企联合培养模式达到学生、学校和企业"三赢"的效果。
To implement the plan for educating and training outstanding engineers as an opportunity, to cultivate MCU development application ability a target, this article explores Entry-Improvement- Integration step cultivation mode. The summer training develops the students' professional knowledge, and inspires stimulate students' innovative practice enthusiasm, the study of MCU technology theory and practice course Rames MCU application base. Participation in all kinds of competition activities improves MCU development and application ability; the practice of the enterprise make MCU engineering application ability and comprehensive quality improved significantly. Practice shows that Entry-Improvement-Integration step School-enterprise Cooperation cultivation mode is effective, and the students, schools and enterprises all benefit from it.
