金果榄皂甙提取工艺研究

Study on Extraction Technology of Saponin from Radix Tinosporae

优选金果榄皂甙的最佳提取工艺,采用正交试验设计,考察乙醇质量浓度、提取温度、料液比、提取时间对金果榄皂甙提取率的影响。结果表明:提取最佳的工艺条件为乙醇质量浓度80%,料液比为1:12,提取时间4 h,提取温度为60℃,最优条件下的皂甙得率为4.392mg/g。

The best extraction of saponin in Radix tinosporae for ethonal concentration, ultrasound power, ratio of liquid to raw materials, extraction time to the extraction ratio of total saponin were investigated using the orthogonal design. The results showed that the optimized conditions are ethonal concentration 80%, ratio of liquid to raw materials 1：12, extraction time 4 h, extraction temperature 60 ℃, the yield of total saponin was 4.392 mg·g^-1 at the optimized condition.
