锦江河马口鱼的繁殖力及其与生物学指标关系的研究

Study on the Fecundity and Its Relationship with the Biological Index of the Opsariicjthys Bidens in Jinjiang River

2014年5月至7月,对锦江河110尾马口鱼的繁殖力及其与生物学指标的关系进行了研究。研究表明:雌性个体共45尾、雄性个体共65尾,雌雄比为0.7:1;其体长平均值为81.96±12.44mm,体重为34.55±17.24g,性腺成熟系数(GIS)为(12.38±4.77)%;其绝对繁殖力(F)为4443.20±2739.90粒,相对繁殖力(F1)为186.55±73.23粒/g,体长相对繁殖力(FL)为53.37±27.86粒/mm,体重相对繁殖力(FW)为142.52±54.72粒/g。个体绝对繁殖力与体长、体重、成熟系数以及卵径的关系分别为:F=28270-811.764L+6.323L2;F=2109-53.046W+3.843W2;F=792.584GSI0.638;F=6844.781-2982.908L1。

From May through July in 2014, there was some research about the relationship between the fecundity and the biological indicator of 110 pices of Opsariicjthys bidens. The results showed that individual females 45 tail, male 65, the proportion of male and female was 1：0.7. The average length ranged from 81.96 to 12.44 mm, the average weight ranged from 34.55 to 17.24g, sexual maturity coefficient （GIS） varietied from 12.38% to 4.77%. Its absolute fecundity （F） was 4443.20 to 2739.90, and relative fecundity （F1） was 186.55 to 73.23 eggs/g, and relative fecundity length （FL） was 53.37 to 27.86 eggs/mm, and weight relative fecundity （FW） was 142.52 to 54.72 eggs/g. The relationship between the individual absolute fecundity and body length, body weight, coefficient of maturity and the egg size was respectively： F=28270-811.764L＋6.323L2; F=2109-53.046W＋3.843W2; F=792.584GSI0.638; F=6844.781-2982.908L1.
